Majority of the items we have listed in our shop can be customized to your likings - however, if you have something else in mind that is not featured on our site, send us a message on our contact page and feel free to upload an image (if you have one) that you had in mind. There's almost nothing that we can't do! Please do remember, although we do try to get everyone's order done as soon as we can, we do have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks after your order has been placed. Once in a while we are able to accommodate rushed orders, but they are on a first come first serve basis and are at an additional cost. CLEANING YOUR CUSTOMIZED ACRYLIC ITEM:
In order to clean your acrylic item, you should only use a soft micro fibre cloth. Using anything else, like a regular rag or paper towel may cause fine scratches on your acrylic item. There are different acrylic cleaning solutions you may purchase, but it is easiest and most cost efficient to use a combination of lukewarm water and mild soap. First wet the cloth with the mixture, then wipe down your item, carefully. When drying, do not use a completely dry cloth, instead squeeze out any and all excess liquid in the cloth then pat dry. Lay the acrylic down in a well ventilated area and allow the rest to self dry.
STORING YOUR ACRYLIC ITEM:
We have carefully packaged your acrylic item with card board and/or foam sheets. It is best that you do not throw these items away, if you wish to keep your custom acrylic item stored, simply place the cardboard and/or foam sheets back onto your item. If however you disposed of these items, you can use ceramic wrap or bubble wrap to package and store your item. Ensure you put it into an air tight container to take extra caution in preventing dust.
